I did go to the link you provided and got an email response on all sorts of things to send them (Cyberlink Tech Support). This seems to be very involved and have not had the chance to do all of what they want me to send them. I was able to do 1 thing before I left. That was to give the 'burned disk' to my daughter to see if her computer would play it. She says it played just fine and in fact, she burned additional copies for me so I don't have that to worry about. HOWEVER, I DO want to resolve this issue on my new computer. If anyone has a simpler solution or information on my problem, please let me hear it.

After motherboard in this notebook has been changed (waranty issue) i got 'NXP NearFieldProximity Provider' with error code 10 in device - 6446541. Also have problem with installing nxp nfc driver. Did a clean 8.1 install and when I install the nxp driver it went fine but reboot and it shows up in device manager as code 31.
